Our Services
Our personalized assessments and tens of thousands of manual therapy techniques help patients of all ages and backgrounds find relief from acute pain, chronic pain, trauma, decreased function, and discomfort.
To create your individual treatment plan, we’ll start by getting lots of information from you (in a questionnaire and in person) about your past injuries and trauma. This will help us tailor your treatment and ensure you get effective, lasting results. We recommend that all new patients schedule an initial 1-2 hour appointment. Subsequent appointments will be 1-4 hours, depending on your needs and schedule.
The IMT material encompasses over 20,000 tissue specific techniques. These techniques include:

Advanced Strain Counterstrain
This is strain counterstrain for autonomically innervated muscular tissue, including arteries, veins, organs, lymph, and discs.

Cranial Therapy
Treating the cranium is an extremely important part of healing from concussions, traumatic brain injury, whiplash, migraine headaches, and spinal trauma.

Lymphatic Tissue Treatment
A manual therapy technique designed to restore normal lymphatic structure and function.

Muscle Energy Technique
This is the hallmark technique used to realign biomechanics (the movements of bone), from sacrum and pelvis through the cervical spine and extremities..

Myofascial Release
We use the IMT model of myofascial release, which is an indirect approach. This is the method for removing strains from fascial and other forms of connective tissue.

Neural Tissue Tension Technique
This technique is used to reduce scar tissue inside and outside of central and peripheral nerves, therefore improving nerve function and reducing acute and chronic pain.

Strain Counterstrain
This is the hallmark technique to reduce muscle spasm of voluntary muscle tissue.

Treatment of Compression Syndromes
A manual therapy technique designed to open individual locks on specific tissues (a highly advanced form of Myofascial Release)

Visceral Manipulation/ Mobilization
By removing strains that are held in visceral tissue we are able to attain deeper and more lasting changes in the body, as well as changes in physiological function of the organs.
